This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does — not a generic template.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by David Palmer, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (license number SL3644547) affiliated with Armada Real Estate. All real estate brokerage services are provided through Armada Real Estate.

What is collected

The only information this site collects is what you type into one of its enquiry forms and choose to submit. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Whether you are buying, selling, or both
• The areas you are interested in, or a property address
• Your timeframe
• Anything you write in the message field

The form also records which page you submitted it from, so David knows what you were reading, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, which is used to identify abuse. The hash cannot be reversed into an IP address.

There are no tracking pixels, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics on this site. Nothing follows you to other websites.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for marketing, advertising or analytics. WordPress, the software the site runs on, may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in to administer the site — neither of which applies to ordinary visitors.

How it is used

Information you submit is used for one purpose: so David can respond to your enquiry and help you buy or sell a property. It is not used for anything else.

If you tick the consent box, you are agreeing that David may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling him so.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in the website’s own database, on the server that hosts this site, and a notification is sent to David so he sees it promptly.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with advertisers, lead brokers, or data aggregators.

It may be shared in only two circumstances: with Armada Real Estate, where that is necessary to provide brokerage services connected to your enquiry; and where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship they relate to, and are deleted when they are not. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and it will be.

Your choices

You can ask David to show you what he holds about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. There is no form to fill in for this — just ask, using the contact details on this site, and it will be actioned.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and no honest policy claims otherwise, but information submitted here is not exposed publicly and is not accessible from the website itself.

Children

This site is intended for adults conducting real estate business and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Armada Real Estate’s property search and to David’s social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not govern them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date below.
